Hotel Merkur - Landstuhl

Amazing hotel with great amenities like free parking, a fitness center, and fast wi-fi. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose a better taxi, which I appreciated. I recommend enjoying the restaurant's 5-star food. I'll be back for Christmas!

The location was marvellous for exploring Landstuhl.

Awesome breakfasts, the stay was outstanding!

The hotel was clean with good sized rooms and responsive staff. The location was comfortable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from medieval castle ruins. We also went to city center, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Modern rooms with sufficient closet space, mini fridge, and tasteful decor. The cold AC provided a perfect retreat after a long day.

Mildew in the shower along the seams and ceiling was noticeable, likely due to a non-functional ventilation fan. The beds weren't very comfortable. The double bed was subpar for a decent night's sleep.

I cannot believe the mildew in the shower, like, really? Who doesn't check that? And the staff missed multiple chances to upgrade my room, which woudl ve been a nice gesture. Honestly, I expected better for the price I paid. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Really loved the very nice breakfast options, so much variety! Our suite was super comfy, perfect for a family stay. Just wish there was a pool 😅

During my 4-night stay, I was blown away by the really good customer service. The gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Plus, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, far surpassing the usual offerings you find elsewhere!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had great WiFi. Loved the gym. Perfect for working out! They even have motorized blinds to block out noise and light.

The staff were really good too assist me, providing helpful recommendations and being genuinely friendly throughout my stay. The suite I stayed in was spacious, with comfortable furniture, made relaxing easy. The hotel also offered a good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, ensuring I started each day well-fed. I particularly appreciated how they had spare power adaptors available, which saved me a hassle since I forgot mine.

The bathroom cleanliness was a concern, especially with noticeable mildew in the shower area.

No issues, meets expectations. The room includes a tablet with information about local attractions and hotel perks.

the hotel had a cute atmosphere with friendly staff, made you feel like family, and it's just a short walk to fine sites like the beautiful Nanstein Castle and the peaceful Mammtbaume, both perfect for leisurely strolls.

The location here was really convenient, being close to the highway, the train station, and other areas, with a central spot in town.
